NextGen Custom Builders is a licensed general contractor and custom home builder based in Apex, North Carolina, serving Raleigh and communities throughout the greater Triangle, including Cary, Durham, Pittsboro, Chapel Hill and surrounding areas. NextGen specializes in fully custom homes, design-build projects and build-on-your-lot construction. Clients work directly with the same NextGen team from initial design and planning through construction and completion, without being handed off between separate sales, design or project-management teams. NextGen also provides lot evaluation, transparent budgeting, construction management and clear client communication throughout the building process.
